OVERVIEW

(English) Jobcation is a talent investment platform curated by HATCH, an impact venture initiated by SVhk, that bridges businesses and mothers with young children who want to return to work after a career break. Jobcation works with mothers to plan a sustainable work-family-life balance engagement model and match them with socially-minded businesses to fulfil their short-term manpower needs through three-month placements.

SVHK’s ROLE

(English) As the programme curator and incubator of HATCH, SVHK partnered with business partners to offer task-based roles and flexible options alongside curated work-life-family coaching support offered by HATCH.
